Energetic and enthusiastic, hardworking and determined are qualities that described Jason as a young apprentice jockey under the legendary Colin Hayes OBE.

The same qualities are still very much evident in Jason today in his vital role as a Director of Hodges Mentone. His highly successful riding career took him to California, Dubai and to his native England before returning to more success in Australia in the 1990’s with over 100 winning rides to his credit.

During this period, Jason developed a keen interest in property investment and development, a pursuit that he enjoys to this day. Jason’s career in Real Estate upon retiring from the track was a natural progression given his passion for both people and property.
